With stage 1 of the refurbishments complete, a sparkling new look restaurant, bar and café is ready to welcome members.
Last month, the club welcomed leading Canberra chef Janet Jeffs to her latest venture - Gingers at Vikings. Operating 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, Gingers shares the focus on fine produce that is Ginger Catering's hallmark. The menu currently starring such winter delights as a duck, venison and mushroom pie, also has all our favourites, with a Gingers twist, like the mustard roast beef with shiraz jus.
Gingerbread Café operates 7.30am-5pm weekdays within Vikings Town Centre, with great take-away coffee and sandwiches, cakes and pastries all made in the Gingerbread Bakery. Don't forget to pick up your loyalty card! Sit back and relax in the comfy surrounds with free Wi-Fi and daily newspapers.
In keeping with the changes at Vikings Town Centre, we have made some changes to the Gaming choices as well. Jaws has been reeled in and replaced with the exciting FAFAFA linked jackpot bank. The popular 5 & 50 Dragons combinations are driving this product and are proving to be a real winner. Keep an eye out for game changes on the floor and also some exciting bonus prizes on selected games. Come in and have some fun.
The Tuggeranong Valley Lawn Bowls Club is rapidly gaining a reputation as one of Australia's leading lawn bowls clubs. With 3 international size grass bowling greens, new members and visitors are always welcome.
The Vikings Group's four Wimbledon synthetic grass Tennis Courts, are also located at Vikings Town Centre and are available for hire by members at very reasonable rates. Practice your Lleyton Ace 7 days a week by privately booking at Reception or alternatively contact the Vikings Social Tennis Club on 6292 0785 who provide enjoyable social tennis activities for its members.
