Vikings Dollars

Bring in your Coles Chisholm receipt to any of our Club Receptions & we will convert them into Vikings Dollars.

After you have shopped at Coles Chisholm, you have 7 days to present your receipt to our Club Receptionists, who will then convert your spend into Vikings Dollars on your membership card. You can then use these Vikings Dollars to bid in the Silent Auction, occuring over 7 days in December.

DOUBLE/TRIPLE YOUR DOLLARS

You can double your dollars with a voucher from nominated Chisholm Shopping Centre outlets or your Vikings Venue. Make a purchase, collect your voucher, and bring this to Reception with your Coles Chisholm receipt. If you have both vouchers, then your dollars are tripled!

HOW TO ENTER

After Members have shopped at Coles Chisholm, they have 7 days to present their receipt to any Vikings Club Reception. At this time the receptionist will convert the spend stated on the Coles Chisholm receipt into Vikings Dollars, that is $1 spend at Coles Chisholm = 3 Viking Dollars. These dollars will be loaded onto their membership card. At the time of this transaction, the Member can multiply their points on the production of:

  1. Chisholm Shopping Centre Outlet Bonus voucher (attained by making a purchase at other nominated Chisholm shops outlets)
  1. Vikings Venue Bonus voucher (attained by purchasing food, beverage, service or event tickets from any Vikings venue - gaming services excluded)

The production of either of these bonus vouchers will double the Member's Coles Chisholm conversion into Vikings dollars. The production of both bonus vouchers will triple the Coles Chisholm conversion into Vikings Dollars.

Vikings Dollars will be awarded during the length of the promotion (Thursday 1 July 2010 to 1 December 2010). After this time, a silent auction will be conducted for a 7 day period, at which time Members can place bids on items on offer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This promotion will commence at 10am on Thursday 1 July, 2010.
  2. Members can convert Coles Chisholm receipts to Viking Dollars from 10am 1 July 2010 through to midnight 1 December 2010.
  3. Only receipts from Coles Chisholm will be accepted.
  4. Entry is only open to current financial members of the Vikings Group.
  5. Coles Chisholm receipts must be presented within 7 days of the purchase date.
  6. Vikings Dollars that are awarded to members will only be valid for use at the silent auction conducted in December 2010.
  7. Only current financial members are eligible to enter and will be asked to produce their membership card and 2nd form of identification if required.
  8. Vikings Dollars may not be pooled when placing bids.
  9. Vikings Dollars are not transferable.
  10. The maximum redeemable from Coles spend is $500 per member per 7 days.
  11. The silent Auction will be held over 7 days, commencing 12pm on Thursday 2 December, ceasing at midnight on Wednesday 8 December 2010.
