South Canberra Tuggeranong Athletics Club
South Canberra Tuggeranong Athletic Club (SCTAC or SCT) promotes the
participation by individuals in all forms of organised athletic events. SCT
is an affiliate of Athletics ACT (AACT). All registered club members are
automatically registered as athletes with the AACT. This allows members to
compete in all State and National Association events.
The Club caters for males and females from the casual beginner to the elite athlete.
Seniors & U20 - Annual $105
Junior - Annual $85
Club Uniform
Males - gold yellow singlet with logo and black shorts. Females - gold crop top and black shorts.
Competition
Winter - The SCT members run in cross country events organised by the ACT Cross Country Club each Saturday. A point scoring system exists to determine the club winners of the different age groups. SCT also organises a cross country competition at Fadden Pines from May to August on Sunday afternoons
Summer - Track and Field events are conducted at the AIS track at Bruce at various times and days. The SCT Athletics Club encourages both males and females from under 14's to open to participate in any or all running and field events on offer. A small ground entry fee is charged. A point scoring system also applies to summer events. SCT organises special events such as a Turkey run and a golden mile over summer.

Little Athletes
If you are registered with a Little Athletics Centre in the U12 to U15
age-groups you may register with SCT at a discounted rate under a "dual
registration" agreement. Alternatively, if you are currently registered
with a senior club such as SCT, reduced rates may apply to your LA
registration costs
